You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site and its Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. No portion of the Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, sold, distributed, used for public or commercial purposes, or downloaded in any way without prior written permission from the Company.

All Content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and materials on the Site, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any materials on the Site may violate copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights and is strictly prohibited.

5. Submissions to the Site

7. Course Access

Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to your course materials via the Whop dashboard, a private Discord community, and detailed access information delivered to your registered email address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email provided during checkout is correct and accessible.

8. Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality and results of our programs, which have helped numerous clients achieve measurable success. However, due to the digital nature of our content and the increasing issue of course piracy, AAA Masterclass LLC maintains a strict refund policy to protect our intellectual property and community. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of any course (“course block”) has been accessed. After 14 days, or if more than 20% of the course content has been accessed, your enrollment is considered final and non-refundable. This policy prevents misuse by individuals attempting to purchase, download, and redistribute our materials illegally. If you experience any technical issues, our support team will promptly assist you to ensure full access to your course. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy in full.

9. Messaging Campaigns (SMS & WhatsApp)

By opting in, you agree to receive occasional SMS or WhatsApp messages from AAA Masterclass LLC related to appointment reminders, product updates, and marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “STOP” to our message. Upon receiving your “STOP” request, we will confirm your opt-out status and cease further messaging. If you wish to rejoin, simply sign up again, and communications will resume. If you experience issues, reply with “HELP” for assistance or contact
